Property exposés were assembled by hand in an Adobe layout tool. Copy CRM data, sort images, align fonts, finally export as PDF – every listing its own little layout session. Error-prone, time-consuming, and tied to layout skills.

Solution

A WordPress plugin generates exposés automatically from JetEngine data. Agents enter address, prices, areas, images, and contact persons once in the WordPress backend – one click in the frontend produces the finished PDF in HIH's corporate design. Hash-based cache versioning regenerates the PDF automatically as soon as data changes.

Starting Point

Species protection reports were maintained in nine different Word templates with company letterhead. Staff worked in the field during the day, took handwritten notes and photos, and typed everything up at the office in the evening. Forgotten case numbers, the wrong letterhead, duplicate sequence numbers – every manual step a potential source of error.

Solution

A WordPress plugin with its own data model (8 custom tables), nine report types, and guest access for external staff. Staff open the guest link on their phone, fill in the form directly on site, upload photos with comments and orientation. The office manager approves with a click at the end; the PDF is generated with stamped-on letterhead and backed up to the cloud.

Solution

For a website offering first aid services, an interactive reanimation game was developed. Users press on an animated teddy bear for two minutes and receive real-time feedback on the frequency of their cardiac massage.

The game teaches playfully how proper reanimation works, increases time spent on the website, and lowers the barrier to engage with a serious topic.

The Terrace Potential Calculator analyzes historical weather data from the German Weather Service based on the entered address. Hot days, cold days, rainy days, and transition periods are considered.

Based on this, the tool calculates how many days a terrace is currently usable and how much the usage duration increases with a terrace roof or cold winter garden. Results are presented visually and clearly to support the purchase decision.

In selling terrace roofing, it's crucial to quickly and reliably assess which construction is suitable for the location and size. Manual calculations are error-prone and hard to explain.

Solution

The Snow Load Calculator in expert mode combines address data with structural calculation logic. Based on the entered address, the regional snow load is automatically determined. Users can then select spans/distances, profiles, glass thicknesses, and other material parameters.

A complete structural calculation runs in the background, clearly showing which products are suitable for the respective terrace size and snow load. The result can be used directly in sales conversations.
